Return and Refund Policy

All of our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is made to order, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail.

Defects, Damage, or Errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong thing, contact us right away at weatherandcrow@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no need to ship anything back. 

Please inspect your order when it arrives and reach out within 14 days if something is wrong.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. We recommend checking our size charts carefully before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll see what we can do—we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

EU consumer law provides a 14-day cooling off period for online purchases. However, custom and made-to-order items are exempt from this requirement. Since our products are printed specifically for each order, they fall under this exemption. We will still gladly address any quality or fulfillment issues as described above.
